What is Internet Banking?
Internet Banking is a simple, hassle-free and secure internet banking service available to Union Bank customers* in Bangladesh.
How can I instantly register to Internet banking?
- How can I get access to Registration?
You can get access to Registration by clicking the “Not registered ? Please sign up here...” link on the Union Bank limited Internet Banking login page at http://ibanking.unionbank.com.bd/
- What information do I need to complete for the Registration?
- A valid Account Number with Union Bank Limited.
- A valid E-mail Id.
- An updated mobile number registered with bank.
- Create your USER NAME & PASSWORD and press Apply button.
- Once you have created the USER NAME & PASSWORD, you have successfully registered to our Internet Banking facility.
- After pressing apply button a Reference number will send to your given E-mail Id, take the screenshot or print the Reference No and get back to you UBL Branch where you have opened the Account. Next procedure will have done by the Branch Official.
-One Branch formalities have been done you will have notified an email along with your USER NAME & PASSWORD.
- After getting your USER NAME & PASSWORD please login to your Internet banking website you will asked to give a secured PIN NUMBER of 6 Digit, which is very confidential and please remember the given PIN NUMBER because you will have asked to put the given PIN NUMBER every time when your login. This is required for secured transaction. (Do not disclose the PIN NUMBER). After given your PIN Number you can login to your Internet banking account and see the HOMEPAGE.
- What if my mobile number is not updated in the bank’s system?
If the mobile number is not correct or not updated in the Bank’s system, you will not be able to proceed with Internet Banking. First, you will need to update the mobile number with the Bank.
- How many times can I try my password if I forget?
If you use wrong credentials for more than three times, you will not be able to register instantly using your credentials. Your ID will be locked after you have entered wrong password three (03) times.
- What can I do if I am locked out of the Registration process?
Call our Contact Centre at ***** (From Mobile Phone) or +88 ***** (from landline) to unblock your credentials and try again for registration
What is Beneficiary Adding?
For every fund transfer or transaction in another account you must add your Beneficiary on your Internet Banking Account. From ‘’Add ****’
Once you add your beneficiary next time you did not need to add the same person but for your new beneficiary you have to add in the similar way.
What is PIN NUMBER?
In registration process you will be asked to put a PIN NUMBER of 6 digits, which is very confidential and please memorize the given PIN NUMBER because you will have asked to put the last 3 digits of your PIN NUMBER every time when your login. (Example: If your given PIN NUMBER is 654321 then you will put last 3 digits i.e. 321 every time when your login to Internet Banking account) This is required for secured transaction. (Do not disclose the PIN NUMBER).
