Job title: Chief Security Officer
Job Description:
- Implement and oversee Bank’s security policies and systems.
- Supervise security of branches, offices and critical installations (CCTV, fire safety, access control).
- Conduct risk assessments and manage internal investigations.
- Train and manage security personnel.
- Lead emergency preparedness and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized university approved by UGC with good academic record. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any academic qualifications need not to apply.
Experience:
- Retired Major or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
- Minimum 05 (five) years’ experience in institutional or corporate security (preferably banking).
- Capable of liaising with law enforcement, regulators and local authorities.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and internal risk/security issues.
Age: Not More than 55 Years. Age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally suitable Candidates.
Pay & Perquisites: Negotiable.
