Union Bank PLC. is pleased to invite sealed applications from bonafide and reputed companies for enlistment to supply fourteen categories of items. This enlistment will be effective for a period of two years starting from January 01, 2025.
Categories for Enlistment:

Office Stationery: Supply of table stationeries, paper, etc.

Printing Stationery: Supply of writing papers, printing forms, registers, etc.

Office Furniture: Supply and repair of chairs, tables, file cabinets, trunks, glass doors, locks, door closers, center locks, etc.

Motor Vehicles: Repairing and servicing of motor vehicles, supply of motor parts and accessories, etc.

Cooling and Purification Equipment: Supply, repair, and servicing of air coolers, water coolers/purifiers, generators, freezers, fans, air conditioners, etc.

Electric Goods: Supply of tube lights, cables, MCCBs, bulbs, starters, ballasts, power strips, electric kettles, microwave ovens, and other similar items.

Telephone and PABX Systems: Supply and servicing of telephone/PABX systems.

Office Equipment: Supply and repair of note counting machines, UV note detecting machines, note sorting machines, note measurement machines, note binding machines, photocopiers, fire extinguishers, solar systems, etc.

Uniforms and Liveries: Making and supply of uniforms and liveries, etc.

Printing Consumables: Supply of printer and photocopier toner/cartridge, etc.

Event Management.

Stamp and Signage: Supply and servicing of rubber stamps, flexo stamps, plastic nameplates, signboards, digital deposit rate boards, banners, visiting cards, invitation cards, and various gift items.

Interior and Exterior Works: Making and repairing of the Bank’s interior and exterior works.

Insurance Premium: Insurance premium for pool vehicles.
Application Process:
Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the General Services Division at Union Bank PLC.'s Head Office, located on the 3rd floor of Bahela Tower, 72, Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. The schedules will be available during office hours from 02.12.2024 to 15.12.2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tk.500 (Taka Five Hundred) per category in cash.
Applications must be submitted along with all supporting documents and dropped into the tender box at the General Services Division by 4:00 PM on 15.12.2024, clearly superscribing “Enlistment of Vendor for [Category Name]”.
Union Bank PLC. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications for enlistment at its sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. The bank also reserves the right to decide on the number of vendors to be enlisted.
