Required documents for opening account:

v  1 or 2 copy Photograph of applicant.

v  1 copy photograph of nominee duly attested by applicant.

v  NID/Passport copy/any other valid documents of applicant.

v  NID/Passport copy/any other valid documents of Nominee. (If any)

v  TIN Certificate of applicant. (If any)

v  Documents Related with sources of fund. (If any)

v  In case of opening account for proprietorship/partnership firm, limited company

(Private/Public), educational institution, club, association, socio-economic organization, the necessary required documents will be applicable.
